Body Oil OEM Pack Approval: Check Leakage, Dose and Label Contact

Approve body-oil packaging through project-specific leakage, dose, handling and label-contact checks before committing to production components.

Buyer evaluation diagram comparing leakage, dose, label
Approve a body oil in its filled production-intent package, not only in a laboratory sample bottle. Separate leakage, delivered dose, customer handling and label contact so each failure has a clear corrective action.

Identify the actual oil and package

Record the approved formula revision, fragrance, bottle material, closure and any pump lock or overcap. Specify the fill and decoration route. A similar-looking component is not automatically an approved substitute. Ask whether the pack is a current stock option or a sourced change, and confirm the minimums for the component and decoration separately from the bulk formula.

Build a handling and leakage screen

Agree storage orientations, handling conditions and observation intervals with the supplier. Examine the neck, pump and closure separately and record mass changes where the method supports interpretation. Do not assume a successful bench screen establishes transport performance. Shipping validation should reflect the actual carton and route, with an evaluator-defined method where appropriate. These are proposed approval questions, not existing JunChun leakage results.

Evaluate the customer’s dose

Measure delivered amount after priming and after an agreed idle interval. Ask trial users about spread, massage feel, residue and accidental over-application. A large pump output may be suitable for one routine and wasteful for another. If the formula includes suspended decorative particles, review redispersion and actuator suitability specifically; do not assume a clear-oil pump will work unchanged.

Review labels and the whole launch cost

Include oily-hand contact, label appearance and instructions in the project review. Compare the complete cost of bottle, closure, label, optional box, testing and freight, not the actuator price alone. Recent retailer promotion of personal care is an observation opportunity rather than a reason to skip approval. JunChun can review the body-oil direction and selected pack against the buyer’s market and quantity before confirming a commercial offer.

Buyer FAQ

Is a pump preferable to a dropper for every body oil?

No. Choose using dose, texture, handling and the intended routine.

Can a shimmer oil use the same pump as a clear oil?

Only after the exact formula-and-component combination is evaluated.

Does this article confirm transport validation?

No. Validation scope must be agreed and documented for the actual project.

Discuss your formula and packaging brief

Selected mature formulas with eligible in-stock packaging may start at 100 pcs per SKU. Packaging changes start at 500 pcs per SKU, subject to component and decoration process. Send your target market, customer problem, pack size, quantity and preferred formula route to info@junchunbeauty.com for a sample and quotation review. Formula availability, project documents and any additional testing are confirmed for the exact order.
